Returns and Refund Policy
At Atroze, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your skincare products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for most products.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
– Products must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging
– Original packaging and all included materials must be intact
– Items must be in the same condition as received
– Valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Note: Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

3. Provide your order number and reason for return
4. Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days
Once approved, we will provide:
– A prepaid return shipping label
– Detailed return instructions
– Return tracking information
Important: Do not ship items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
– Inspect your order immediately upon delivery
– Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
– Provide photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
– We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you
For quality assurance purposes, we may request photos or additional information to process your claim.
RETURN SHIPPING
– Return shipping is completely FREE
– We provide prepaid return labels for all approved returns
– No shipping charges will be applied to customers
– We recommend using a trackable shipping method
RESTOCKING FEES
We do not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
1. You will receive an email confirmation within 1-2 business days
2. If approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days
3. Refunds are issued to your original payment method
4. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund
Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
– Opened or used skincare products (unless defective)
– Products without original sealed packaging
– Gift cards or promotional items
– Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product:
1. Return the original item for a refund
2. Place a new order for the desired product
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated timeframe:
1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take additional time)
3. Contact your bank (there may be processing delays)
4. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@atroze.com
